Title: Manager-Information Services (SAP-MFG)
Job Summary
Responsible for Implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP Logistics module as needed to support Global requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all activities related to PP, QM & PM Module
Analysis of business needs in SAP PP, QM & PM during requirement gathering sessions and prepare business process design documentation.
Handle PP, QM & PM track and responsible to have template owner
Handle multiple partners and guide them to implement the template and make sure to check end to end configuration
Responsible for validating the configurations of PP, QM & PM modules new processes and for implementing localizations with the key users and cross modules for future implementations & rollouts
Responsible to provide key user training for the module with documentation and test scripts.
Configure, Test and Roll-out SAP PP, QM & PM module settings based on a template and business requirements
Create / maintain user manuals and assist in designing authorization roles
Responsible to do changes to SAP system configuration (as per the business requirement and agreed Global processes) and to global master data in the PP, QM & PM modules.
Provide necessary advice during new implementations and existing support projects
Drive automation and digitization mandate by supporting in design preparation for mobile application or any other device
KPIs
- No gaps in solution as per the business requirement
• Drive for 100% compliance to Global Template
• Compliance to Program Guidelines in terms of documentation
• Keep back log of SAP PP, QM & PM module ticket not more than 5 with user base of 500 and 15 with userbase of 2500+
• On time delivery of various project phases
• Any new business requirement to fit to Global and no adhoc requirement to be delivered
• Any new change in PP, QM & PM module to be approved in Charm ensuring UAT confirmation are attached and all necessary documentation is completed
• No major deviation in Process controls
Work experience requirement
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with management, partners and the technical IT team
• Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing test, training users and documenting training materials.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and methods.
• ABAP debugging skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent field of study
